What began as a passionate film collective under the name IIFANOX Pictures quickly grew into one of India’s most versatile production houses—offering end-to-end services in casting, production, direction, writing, and post-production.
As the casting division expanded and took on its own identity, The Casting Circle (TCC) was born—a global casting ecosystem, discovering talent and connecting creators with artists worldwide.

Filmmaker, casting director, and the visionary behind IIFANOX Pictures and The Casting Circle. Ansh’s directorial journey naturally evolved into a casting-first approach built on storytelling.
Manish Mahariya – Founder
A production expert with years of experience in large-scale film shoots and casting logistics. Manish’s entry helped transform TCC into a structured, scalable, and internationally operational company.
