6. Account Registration & Responsibility

Accounts must include accurate info. Misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may lead to suspension or removal.

Talent under 18 must register via a guardian with proper legal authorization.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

7. Admission & Vetting

TCC reserves the right to approve or decline any registration based on internal criteria. We may request identity, age, or professional credentials at our discretion.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of original content you upload (photos, videos, text).
• You grant TCC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content.
• You confirm that your content does not infringe on any third party rights.
• Unauthorized use or distribution of TCC content is strictly prohibited.

9. Use of the Platform

• Use lawfully and professionally.
• No malicious code, harassment, or unethical behavior.
• No scraping or misuse of data.
• Use third-party tools responsibly and respect confidentiality.

10. Fees, Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features require valid payment info. Fees and renewal dates will be clearly stated. Payment methods and refund policies will be disclosed at purchase.

TCC reserves the right to amend pricing and terms with notice.

11. Advertising & Promotions

You may see advertising or sponsored content. TCC may use anonymized data for insights or marketing.

12. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

We provide the Platform “as is.” TCC is not responsible for selection outcomes or external services. Liability for indirect losses is excluded, except for injury or fraud due to our negligence.
